Delivery Dispatcher

Coordinate and assign delivery routes to drivers; monitor deliveries, driver status, and route progress in real time; ensure orders are accepted, staged, and dispatched per SOPs; communicate delays or changes to drivers and management; verify documentation (IDs, manifests, receipts) before dispatch; ensure compliance with California DCC regulations and policies; maintain accurate delivery logs and driver records; serve as the primary point of contact for drivers, enforcing safety, vehicle, and security protocols; confirm vehicle inspections and end-of-shift checklists; track attendance and communication; assist with delivery-related customer inquiries and issues; coordinate with sales floor and management to resolve order or payment issues; support end-of-shift reconciliation, audits, and operational improvements; maintain organized dispatch records.”,
