Job Summary
Senior Principle Engineer - Technical Program Management leading the delivery of complex technical programs. Responsibilities include writing high quality code, participating in code reviews, designing systems of varying complexity, and creating architecture substantiation documents. Engage with clients to understand requirements, plan and liaise with team members to develop technical design and end-to-end solutions. Mentor and guide junior engineers, enforce quality gates, build and deploy code via CI/CD pipelines, apply secure coding practices, and emphasize unit testing. Drive the team’s growth and foster a collaborative, communicative environment. Requires strong leadership to inspire peak performance. Technical skills include Java and Spring Boot; Microservices and Event-Driven architecture; RESTful APIs; relational databases; UNIX/Shell scripting; J2EE (advantage); agile (SCRUM/SAFe).
Required Qualifications
- 13-15 years of work experience
- B.Tech/B.E/M.Tech or MCA
- Java & Spring Boot experience
- Micro Service & Event-Driven architecture
- RESTful APIs and relational databases
- UNIX or Shell scripting (plus)
- J2EE (advantage)
- Agile development environment (SCRUM or SAFe)
- Willing to work in HYBRID environment
