Delivery Director - Immunology & Respiratory Expertise

Director-level leader within the Clinical Delivery CoE responsible for financial and operational delivery across a portfolio of studies, driving on-time or early delivery within budget while maintaining high quality. Establishes and develops strong client relationships, contributes to new business opportunities, and helps grow clinical delivery capabilities. Partners with regional leadership to ensure appropriate resourcing and productivity, oversees staff performance against defined standards, and uses metrics and dashboards to monitor portfolio health. Leads and mentors teams in a global, virtual, and complex environment; drives process improvements, risk management, and a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous learning. Builds high-performing talent, supports cross-TA initiatives, and contributes to strategic operating plans and client engagement strategies, including RFI and proposal development discussions. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree, 8+ years in R&D/clinical research (pharma/biotech/CRO) with 3+ years in Drug Delivery Project Management; preferred Advanced degree (PhD and/or MBA). Stakeholders include country ambassadors, sites, vendors, and clients; role involves heavy leadership, commercial, and strategic responsibilities across a global delivery network.
