Job Summary
Lead the full lifecycle of D365 Business Central implementations, from project planning through go-live and post-implementation support. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to identify business requirements, develop documentation, and continuously improve service delivery processes. Serve as the trusted advisor for client inquiries, providing technical support, troubleshooting, and strategic insights to maximize platform value. Facilitate meetings across all audience levels, deliver comprehensive training programs, and stay informed on the latest releases to advise clients on leveraging new functionalities. Provide regular project status reports and engage in proactive discussions to ensure client satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS in Business, IT, related field or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience with D365 Business Central implementations
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a leadership role, managing teams, and overseeing client engagements
- In-depth knowledge of D365 Business Central configuration, maintenance, and optimization
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational and time management skills
- Understanding financial planning and analysis is highly desirable
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly in resolving complex technical issues
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute go-to-market strategies aligned with business objectives
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are vital for effectively conveying product positioning, messaging, and value propositions
- Ability to create compelling content, deliver presentations, and communicate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner
- Experience leading and managing others with the ability to influence cross-functional teams, motivate others, and drive collaboration, are necessary
- Client-focused with ability to understand client needs, pain points, and buying behaviors is critical
- Travel for Armanino business and clients, as needed
Desired Qualifications
- Microsoft certifications related to D365 Business Central are preferred
