Job Summary
Delivery Director (PAC) and Services Operations Lead overseeing APAC services operations, managing a group of PAC project managers and a regional operations team. Responsibilities include establishing and managing an operations function to drive process design and adherence, collaborating with global teams to improve APAC operational focus, designing processes for streamlined engagement with other areas, overseeing project delivery in PAC against time and budget with proper controls, ensuring capacity alignment through HR decisions, maintaining strong financial management to meet budget commitments, identifying opportunities to improve ways of working, mentoring project managers on issues and risks, supporting training and career development, and developing key customer relationships in the PAC region. The role also involves acting as a senior representative to the broader Temenos team in the PAC region, contributing to region-specific opportunities and challenges. Based in Sydney with an emphasis on leadership, governance, and long-term delivery success in a banking software environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience with banking, implementation and management of delivery-based operations and program management across a portfolio of projects.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills (oral and written).
- Ability to build trusted relationships with customers and lead regional leadership initiatives.
