Delivery & Customer Experience Specialist responsible for white-glove delivery of furniture/appliances, in-home setup, showroom/warehouse support, inventory handling, and customer follow-up. Role combines hands-on delivery with in-store merchandising, floor setup, and coordination of delivery routes, while ensuring professional customer interactions, safe and damage-free deliveries, and accurate documentation. Requires active, hands-on participation, ability to lift heavy items, valid drivers license, and weekend availability. Emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and a customer-first mindset to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- Valid drivers license with a good driving record
- Ability to lift and move 10–100+ lbs regularly
- Strong customer service and communication skills
