Job Summary
Deliver, assemble, and set up furniture in customers' homes while safely loading, securing, and transporting merchandise to protect property. Verify delivery accuracy, obtain signatures, and document damaged items or service issues. Support showroom operations by merchandising displays and assist with inventory movement between warehouse and showroom. Operate delivery vehicles safely, perform routine inspections, and handle customer account follow-ups and collection efforts in compliance with policies. Maintain accurate product placement and escalate concerns as needed. Full-time work including weekends required; valid driver's license and ability to lift 10–100+ pounds essential.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to safely operate delivery vehicles
- Ability to lift and carry 10–100+ pounds regularly
- Physical ability to bend, lift, push, and pull frequently
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions
- Ability to navigate routes using maps or GPS
- Availability for full-time work, including weekends as needed
Desired Qualifications
- Bilingual (English-Spanish) ability may be a plus based on specific store staffing needs
