Job Summary
Lead delivery operations for hot tubs, swim spas, saunas, and accessories by assigning tasks, supervising crew members, and managing the entire delivery process including truck, tools, and customer interface. Drive vehicles and gooseneck trailers while diagnosing installation issues, communicating technical spa care information, and recording checklist results. Ensure safety concerns are addressed, manage customer service interactions, and maintain vehicles to company standards. Requires forklift training, a clean driving record, DOT medical card, and ability to perform heavy lifting. Minimum one year experience or equivalent; DOT card costs covered by Georgia Spa Company.
Required Qualifications
- 1 Year Experience or Equivalent
- HEAVY LIFTING
- Driver's License
- Clean driving record
- Forklift trained and capable
- Able to deliver and install all hot tubs, swim spas, saunas and accessories
- DOT Driver medical card and physical (GSC pays for card if obtained)
- Ability to pass background screening
- Good customer interaction skills with clean appearance
- Positive attitude and enjoy a challenge
- Must be able to work with minimal supervision
- Possess strong organizational skills and an eye for attention to detail
- Maintain Georgia Spa Company standards in compliance with the company employee manual
- Passion for problem solving
