Job Summary
Manage vehicle movement, maintain showroom and lot organization, and assist with preparing vehicles for new owner handovers. Coordinate vehicle presentation in the showroom, move cars safely between the compound, service bays, and floor, and organize inventory storage and customer parking areas. Maintain and clean test-drive and loaner fleets, ensuring safety inspections and cleanliness standards are met daily. Perform routine checks on inventory for damages and readiness, respond quickly to internal requests for vehicle movement, and proactively resolve operational bottlenecks on the lot. Adhere strictly to dealership safety policies and municipal driving laws.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid full G driver's license with a clean driving abstract (must be insurable).
- Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles safely.
- Strong organizational skills, physical stamina, and the ability to work in an active, fast-paced environment (in-person, indoor/outdoor).
- Professional, courteous demeanor with a strong team-first attitude.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a meticulous eye for detail.
- This is an in-person role.
Desired Qualifications
- You have prior experience as a porter, valet, or lot attendant in a luxury or high-volume automotive dealership.
- You are familiar with automotive detailing standards or logistics coordination.
