Job Summary
Schedule all home deliveries, LTL, and FedEx shipments by making documents and inputting data into the Storage Buy System. Ensure orders are released to carriers, print shipping reports, and stage outbound deliveries with correct BOL labels in the outbound bay. Detail receiving inbound PO shipments, validate previous day shipments, and pick, receive, and locate inbound R&L shipments while calling customers. Communicate pending ISTs, delivery issues, and audit incomplete orders to the Warehouse Supervisor and command center. Operate a forklift, handle multiple tasks under pressure, and resolve customer concerns with strong organization skills.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of basic math skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work well under pressure
- Ability to operate a forklift
- Basic knowledge of shipping and receiving product
- Ability to lift 25 pounds or more on a consistent basis
- Ability to sit, squat or stand for long periods of time
