Job Summary
Deliver palletized flooring to consumer locations, including white glove delivery inside homes, using a 24-26' box truck equipped with a lift gate and pallet jack. Manage weekly settlements ranging from 40K to 100K+ based on volume and contract acceptance. Ensure compliance with state vehicle laws, DOT/MC numbers where required, and maintain valid insurance and registrations. Complete background and drug screens, as well as MVR checks, prior to starting work. Own or lease the necessary equipment and possess a federal tax ID (EIN).
Required Qualifications
- Own or lease a 24-26' box truck with lift gate and pallet jack
- Must have a 26' box truck
- Lift gate required
- Must have an EIN (federal tax ID)
- Comply with insurance, vehicle registrations
- DOT /MC numbers may be required for GVWR over 10,000 lbs
- Must comply with your state laws for the vehicle being used to complete work
- Background and Drug Screens
- MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) performed for all driving contractors
