Job Summary
Delivery & Change Manager leading strategic, cross-functional change initiatives within the CX/People Experience domain. Responsible for designing and delivering change management strategies that align technology, processes, and culture; overseeing hands-on project management across process redesigns and system implementations; building effective stakeholder communication; identifying and mitigating operational risks to ensure on-time, scaled delivery; and fostering an agile, customer-centric culture across global and regional teams. Role supports a hybrid working model with in-office collaboration days and remote work flexibility, based in Sydney, Australia.
