Job Summary
Lead the Philippines Delivery Centre as Head of Delivery and Centre Head, serving as the primary face for local community engagement in HR, recruitment, and employee value initiatives. Integrate centre operations into the global framework to ensure seamless service delivery while collaborating with regional leaders to develop offerings based on market needs. Drive strategic expansion across jurisdictions, team scale-up, and delivery excellence, overseeing client transitions, sales alignment, and risk management. Implement First Pass Yield and Lean methodologies to foster process excellence and maintain compliance with BCP and ISO/SOC standards through rigorous internal audits. Manage large-scale teams across functions and geographies to build a culture of delivery innovation and client-centricity.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in shared services, compliance, tax, process or technology delivery in a global environment
- Strong leadership track record, including managing large-scale teams across functions and geographies
- Proven success in team hiring, engagement, succession planning, and culture-building
- Experience managing risk, quality, and client satisfaction in a matrixed delivery organization
- Strong command of process excellence and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across global stakeholders
- IT service delivery experience

Desired Qualifications
- MBA, FP&A, or equivalent post-graduate education
