Delivery Captain

Delivery Captain coordinates boat delivery and servicing activities, demonstrates boat features and operations in showroom and on water, educates customers, trains sales staff and customer-facing teams, and supports boat shows and offsite events. Responsibilities include delivering boats to customers, fueling and minor maintenance, loading/unloading equipment, scheduling deliveries with the Business Manager, conducting product demonstrations, teaching operation of navigation/electronic gear, and providing customer support to ensure satisfaction. Must train customers and staff, participate in MarineMax University programs, and represent the company professionally during customer interactions and events.
