Delivery Captain

Drive boats to dealerships, customers, and showroom locations while demonstrating features and explaining advanced seamanship skills. Coordinate delivery dates with the Business Manager, service fuel and minor engine repairs, and load propulsion equipment. Conduct training classes to reinforce boating passion, assist in moving vessels, and support customer events like Getaways. Inspect company-owned vessels, log hours and fuel levels, and perform preventative maintenance on display boats. Train sales staff on safety and handle minor service issues to determine operator error or defects. Maintain professional knowledge to answer customer questions and complete required MarineMax University programs.
