Job Summary
Responsible for the safe care and operation of the yacht and crew during delivery of mostly sailing catamarans throughout the Caribbean season. Duties include delivery preparation, provisioning, cleaning, and maintenance while maintaining strong marine mechanical skills. Requires an active USCG or RYA license and the ability to work in the United States. Compensation includes a dependent salary and supplemental subsistence pay. Contract length is by delivery, with an expected start date between July and November 2022. Candidates must demonstrate a fun, professional attitude aligned with core values of Honor, Integrity, Seek Knowledge, and Have Fun.
Required Qualifications
- Able to work in the United States
- Active USCG or RYA License

Desired Qualifications
- STCW Certifications, as required
- Delivery of Yacht, and sailing experience
- Service / Hospitality Experience
- Strong marine mechanical skills, delivery preparation, provisioning, cleaning, maintenance
