Delivery Assurance Field Representative

Job Summary
Review production status, Work-In-Progress, inventory coverage, bottlenecks, capacity constraints, and shipment plans while providing daily updates to customer stakeholders. Act as the on-site representative at the supplier facility, coordinating with operations, supply chain, quality, and procurement teams to support recovery actions and restore On-Time Delivery performance. Track supplier order books, customer demand, and production priorities, identifying risks to delivery commitments and escalating issues as required. Assist with sub-tier supplier risks and support weekly reporting and stakeholder reviews. This full-time, 6-week assignment requires fluent English and Italian, with mandatory on-site presence in Italy.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in supply chain, supplier performance, expediting, production control, manufacturing operations or quality
- Strong understanding of WIP tracking, production status, capacity constraints, bottleneck management and shipment follow-up
- Good working knowledge of MRP / ERP systems
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work across customer, supplier and multi-functional teams
- Fluent English
- Italian language capability
- Must be available to work full-time on supplier premises in Italy for the initial 6-week assignment
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in supplier recovery, delivery assurance, operational recovery or industrial crisis management
- Aerospace manufacturing or aerospace supply chain experience
- SAP or AirSupply experience
- French language capability
