Job Summary
Delivery Associate will work along the conveyor to ensure that incoming and outgoing shipments are handled accurately and efficiently, support receiving activities, process outgoing patient orders through the sorter and at the manual manifest station, maintain accuracy of outgoing orders, receive incoming shipments from various carriers, and organize daily outgoing orders to the appropriate carriers. The role requires strong written and verbal communication to resolve patient issues, embodies AnewHealth’s Core Values in all interactions, and involves duties that may vary by department. Schedule is full-time (approximately 40 hours weekly) with availability outside normal business hours as needed. The position emphasizes healthcare/pharmacy operations and customer service within a pharmacy care management environment, including handling medications and maintaining confidentiality.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be 18+ years of age
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
- Ability to use a pallet jack and scissor lift
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong prioritization and organizational skills
- Ability to use multiple software programs to fulfill medication orders
- Maintain a high degree of confidentiality
- Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods
- Eligible to work in the United States
