Job Summary
Delivery Assistant to load/unload trucks and assist with delivering merchandise to customers' homes or businesses. Responsibilities include stocking shelves, setting up merchandise displays, unloading from trucks, directing trucks into unloading areas, recording deliveries, obtaining customer signatures, assisting with repossessions, assembling merchandise as required, and performing customer service inspections/repairs. Upholds Delivery Standards and HO.M.E values while maintaining store/warehouse cleanliness and performing related duties as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Jr. High School Diploma
- six months experience in distribution or warehouse environment, shipping/receiving or delivering merchandise
- or any combination of training, experience and education which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities for this position.
