Job Summary
Delivery Assistant to support delivery and warehouse activities, loading/unloading trucks, stocking shelves and displays, assisting delivery drivers, and performing warehouse tasks. Responsibilities include unloading merchandise, directing trucks into unloading areas, recording deliveries, obtaining customer signatures, assembling merchandise, performing basic customer service inspections, maintaining cleanliness, and upholding Delivery Standards along with H.O.M.E values. Requires a Jr. High School Diploma and at least six months experience in distribution or warehouse/shipping/receiving or delivering merchandise; duties emphasize safe vehicle operation, data handling, math, and general clerical tasks. Works to support customers and internal teams in a physically demanding environment, with opportunities to assist in other store departments as needed.
