Job Summary
Delivery and Service Lead at Haleon overseeing both development and operations: drives platform/product strategy, supports major deployments, and leads digital transformation initiatives. Responsibilities include 2nd/3rd line support for Manufacturing Excellence Products, liaison with innovation teams, opportunities identification to improve products and processes through technology, ensuring cost-effectiveness and risk alignment, and leading digital project delivery with governance and cybersecurity awareness. Also accountable for site-level operational issues, incident/response activities, vendor governance, and enabling world-class digital practices (RPA, Power BI, AI) to accelerate manufacturing value and ensure secure, compliant technology delivery across the site.
Required Qualifications
- Experience of application management, operations, and/or support including knowledge and experience of Incident, Problem and Change Management
- Familiar with the concepts, standards, technology, tools, processes, procedures, hardware, software, and services in use for delivering information services
- Ability to make appropriate technical decisions, initiating action to resolve operational issues
- Understanding of components of the Enterprise Architecture & ability to identify innovative ways to leverage architecture to add value
- Experience of systems/software development methodologies & ability to select appropriate one to meet objectives
- Experience with digitalization projects, relevant technical certifications, or related training (e.g., RPA, Power BI, ML/AI)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal/communication skills
- High learning agility and ability to work independently
- Experience in a manufacturing environment with understanding of manufacturing principles
- Knowledge of IT systems, SDLC, and architecture
- Ability to plan and manage own work with minimal supervision
- English communications proficiency
