Job Summary
Delivery Driver at Aaron’s is responsible for loading, securing, and demonstrating merchandise, offloading and installing items, and safely operating a delivery vehicle while assisting in-store needs. The role requires solid communication, basic electronics knowledge, and a customer-service mindset, with physical requirements including lifting up to 50 lbs (up to 300 lbs with a dolly) and working in all weather. The path offers potential progression from Delivery Driver to Store leadership roles, and benefits vary by employment status. The position does not involve overnight travel and requires applicants to be at least 21 years old (18 in Canada) with a valid driver’s license and DOT certification in the U.S.
