Job Summary
Load, secure, and protect merchandise; offload, install, and demonstrate products to customers; safely operate a delivery vehicle; and assist with store operations including moving and picking up inventory. This role requires solid communication skills, working knowledge of electronics, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs without help and 300 lbs with a dolly. You must work in all outdoor weather, including rain or summer sun, and hold a valid driver's license meeting DOT requirements. The position is store-based with no overnight travel, offering a path to advancement into customer accounts and management roles within Aaron's retail team.
Required Qualifications

- HS diploma or equivalent
- Must meet DOT requirements for certification (U.S.)

- A valid driver's license is required, but not a CDL
- No overnight travel
