Job Summary
Delivery Driver at Aaron’s responsible for loading, securing, unloading, installing, demonstrating merchandise, and safely operating a delivery vehicle. You’ll support store operations by assisting with moving and installation of merchandise, interact with customers, and work in a store-based role with opportunities for career progression. Key skills include solid communication, basic electronics knowledge, a customer-focused mindset, physical stamina (lifting up to 50 lbs. and up to 300 lbs. with a dolly), and a valid driver’s license. Requirements include age 21 (18 in Canada), DOT certification in the U.S., and ability to work in various weather conditions. No overnight travel; potential for varied duties within the store environment.
Required Qualifications
- HS diploma or equivalent preferred
- Must meet DOT requirements for certification (U.S.)
- Able to perform physical job including lifting up to 50 lbs. without help and 300 lbs. with a dolly
- A valid driver’s license is required, but not a CDL
- Age: 21 (18 in Canada)
- Solid communication skills
- Working knowledge of electronics

- Able to work in all outdoor weather, including rain or summer sun
