Job Summary
Coordinate equipment installation, integrate new infrastructure, and manage local schedules for relocation and implementation across Manufacturing and Logistics teams. Work with stakeholders to improve operational efficiency and safety, balance national processing centre priorities, and support business continuity during organizational evolution. Lead process engineering risk analysis and continuous improvement activities within the Engineering group. This role requires a Bachelor's in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering with experience in equipment commissioning and contractor management. Based at the Sydney Processing Centre with one day of WFH flexibility, the salary ranges from $100K-$120K plus super and salary packaging. You will join a team focused on collaboration and care for donors and employees.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering & eligibility for Engineers Australia membership
- Experience managing small equipment projects in manufacturing or pharmaceutical industry
- Experience or exposure in equipment commissioning in a manufacturing / pharmaceutical or quality regulated environment
- Experience in contractor management and risk assessment
- Experience in workplace health and safety risk assessment processes in the context of equipment management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to build effective internal networks, consult and collaborate with multiple stakeholders
- Excellent influencing and interpersonal skills
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong organisational skills, including ability to manage concurrent activities on workplan
- Computer literacy in the Microsoft Office suite of software to intermediate level
- Permanent Full-Time - 38.00 hours per week
