Job Summary
As a Delivery Analyst, you will design, set up, monitor, and validate data product workflows for client accounts using standard processes. Key responsibilities include coordinating source file receipt with various stakeholders, validating data specifications, ensuring compliance with quality assurance processes, and troubleshooting data processing issues. You will manage multiple projects, requiring attention to detail and effective communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university or minimum 2 years relevant industry experience in Information Technology
- Microsoft Office applications
- Demonstrated ability to communicate with clients and internal stakeholders
- Attention to detail, important to monitor and audit solution processing services
- SQL / PL-SQL experience
