Job Summary
As a Delivery Analyst, you will design, setup, monitor, and validate data product workflows for client accounts, ensuring compliance with quality assurance processes and service level agreements. Responsibilities include managing multiple projects, coordinating file receipt, validating source/output data, delivering accurate output information, and leading troubleshooting efforts on data processing issues. The role requires effective communication with clients and stakeholders, accountability for time management, and a focus on detail and zero defects.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university or minimum 2 years relevant industry experience in Information Technology
- Microsoft Office applications
- Demonstrated ability to communicate with clients and internal stakeholders
- Attention to detail, important to monitor and audit solution processing services
- SQL / PL-SQL experience
