Job Summary
Deliver products to and from clients while maintaining positive communication with all employees and client contacts. Operate company equipment safely, comply with commercial vehicle regulations, and facilitate client needs. Ensure complete loads match the delivery manifest, unload and sanitize trucks, and communicate timely repairs or accidents. Sign delivery manifests, attend team meetings, and promote company values. Identify sales opportunities at client sites and relay information to the local team. Resolve customer concerns, ensure satisfaction, and develop positive relationships with principal contacts to maximize contract terms. Some weekends needed.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of three years of experience within sales or a route sales role
- Must possess a professional appearance
- Must be able to consistently lift 35 pounds
- Must be able to drive a commercial motor vehicle for up to 10 hours on a daily basis
- Must possess a minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must possess a valid Driver's License and have an excellent driving record
- Must be able to obtain a C Class Driver's License
- Must possess exceptional customer service skills
- Must have effective written and verbal communication skills
- Practical insight specific to the textile services industry and operations
- Excellent oral, written, phone and face to face communication skills with associates, customers and managers
