Job Summary
Coordinate daily delivery operations by loading and unloading products, operating vehicles, and following established routes to customer sites. Assign jobs to ensure schedule alignment, adjust workloads based on staffing levels, and prepare outbound orders for delivery. Maintain inventory accuracy by recording levels, replenishing products in facilities, and conducting quality checks on documentation and vending equipment. Troubleshoot minor vending machine issues and serve as the primary escalation resource for operational questions and customer concerns. Train new employees on delivery procedures, customer systems, and safety standards while modeling PRIDE values. Provide operational feedback to management regarding trends and service gaps.
Required Qualifications
- Three or more years of experience in operations, including manufacturing, customer service, materials management, logistics, planning or similar
- Demonstrated ability to mentor or support teammates in a lead, trainer or point of contact capacity
- Must have a satisfactory driving record
- Strong verbal and written communication skills using appropriate business English
- Demonstrated human relations skills to maintain effective working relationships with team
- Ability to problem-solve, make decisions, and exercise sound judgment under changing conditions
- Intermediate mathematical ability including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Intermediate computer literacy including knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software and Apple devices including ability to communicate with phone, text and email
- Basic troubleshooting skills for vending equipment and technology
- Demonstrated customer service, problem solving and common sense skills
- Flexibility for schedule changes, non-traditional work hours, and varying work durations
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to maneuver in and around the warehouse
- Ability to bend and stoop
- Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 35 pounds
- Ability to pull or push up to 75 pounds
- Ability to use a pallet jack and boxed truck
- Ability to view computer screen
- Ability to operate technology both at home and in field
- Ability to operate delivery vehicles and climb in and out of vehicle
- Must be able to perform physical demands for extended periods of time with or without assistance
