Job Summary
Delish Deli Manager role in Lurgan lead the deli team across early-morning to late-afternoon shifts, ensuring first-class service, high hygiene standards, accurate stock/display, and adherence to health, safety and food safety regulations. Responsible for allocating duties, supervising a friendly team, maintaining food safety records, and striving for excellent customer experiences while supporting business KPIs in sales, costs, and profitability. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, proven management experience in a serviced food environment, Level 2 Food Safety qualification, and the ability to motivate staff and uphold brand standards.
Required Qualifications
- minimum Level 2 qualification in Food Safety
- at least 1 years’ experience in a serviced food role
- at least 6 months’ experience in leading a team
- strong customer service skills
- ability to lead and motivate a team
- knowledge of Food Safety practices and procedures
- commercial awareness and ability to deliver on KPIs
