As a Renaissance Front Desk Ambassador in Seattle, you are the guest’s first impression and key to a smooth stay. You welcome guests, check them in and out, engage in conversation about their stay and area attractions, anticipate needs, and respond to requests professionally. You collaborate with bell, housekeeping, engineering, security, and other teams to resolve issues, manage banking, and run nightly audit reports to ensure accurate daily financials. You assist guests with disabilities when needed and help deliver personalized recommendations that highlight the local culture. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 1 year of experience in guest services/front desk, strong written and verbal English, and proficient computer skills. The position emphasizes friendly service, problem-solving, and the ability to work independently in a hotel environment.
