Job Summary
Manage the day-to-day running of the deli department with full accountability, ensuring the store remains exceptionally presented and engaging for customers, team, and community. Lead, coach, and develop your team to meet sales targets, cost control, and rostering requirements while maintaining excellent standards through monitoring stock, rotation routines, waste, and quality control. Simplify processes and adhere to strict audit, food safety, and compliance standards to drive a one-team culture that prioritizes health, safety, and wellbeing. Delight customers with an outstanding shopping experience. Full-time role reporting to the Store Manager.

- Previous experience working in a fast-paced customer facing environment
- Direct/indirect leadership experience
- Ability to lead, coach and develop your team
