Job Summary
Delicatessen Manager responsible for setting department standards for customer service, employee relations, cleanliness, sanitation, and overall profitability. Oversees recruitment, training, supervision, scheduling, pricing, inventory, and displays; ensures proper temperatures/storage and adherence to guidelines. Leads team to deliver friendly, efficient service, manages store communications, and drives department performance while maintaining company policies and objectives. Reports to District Store Director/Store Manager and coordinates with Perishables/Store Operations/Health Wellness teams; duties include customer service, product freshness, merchandising, invoicing, and adherence to safety and quality standards.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year related work experience
- Supervisory experience
- Must be 18+
