Job Summary
Delivers superior guest service by learning the three E's: Engagement, Educate, Empowerment. Ensures product quality through rotation, merchandising, and daily operational checks for stock, inventory, and cleanliness. Processes transactions via POS system while handling various payment methods and coupons. Adheres to all health code guidelines, safety policies, and company programs. Performs physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds and working in fast-paced environments with moving mechanical parts. Requires Food Handler's Certification.
Required Qualifications
- Food Handler's Certification as required by State Law
- Read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
- Write simple correspondence
- Effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other Associates of the organization
- Basic addition, subtraction, division, multiplication, fractions and weights
- Lift and/or move up to 10 pounds
- Lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Lift and/or move up to 100 pounds
