Job Summary
Conduct prompt, efficient, and friendly customer service by greeting shoppers, learning their names, and assisting with product selection. Process transactions at department registers, make change, and take orders while ensuring the work area remains clean and neat. Review daily orders, check food freshness, replenish stock, and manage inventory by checking in products and reviewing invoices. Wash dishes, order supplies, deliver orders, and price products as needed. Maintain strict adherence to hygiene guidelines and company policies while reporting to work on time.
Required Qualifications
- Less than high school or equivalent experience
- six months or less of similar or related work experience
- Must be able to understand and follow verbal or demonstrated instructions
- Must be able to write identifying information
- Must be able to request supplies orally or in writing
- Must be able to solve arithmetic calculations involving fractions, decimals and percentages
- Clarity of vision at a distance of more than 20 inches and less than 20 feet with or without correction
- Color vision
