Job Summary
Deli Team Member responsible for delivering friendly customer service, preparing and serving fresh food, and maintaining a clean, safe deli area. Duties include following recipes and brand standards, ensuring food safety and quality, stocking and displaying products, assisting with vendor deliveries and promotions, handling cash, and reporting safety issues. Requires reliable, punctual teamwork with strong communication, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment. On-the-job training provided; must maintain food handler/safety certification and be able to stand, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in a cooler as needed. Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and some holidays; travel up to 10%.
