Provide customers with exceptional service by delivering product knowledge, friendly attitude, and efficient help in Meijer’s deli/retail environment. duties include stocking product and maintaining displays according to merchandising standards, answering customer questions, utilizing technology to complete tasks, following safety/sanitation procedures, and contributing to a positive community-focused store operation across departments such as Meat, Seafood, Bakery, Deli, and Grocery. Emphasizes customer engagement, eye contact, strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to stand for long periods in a fast-paced setting.
