Job Summary
Provide excellent guest service and maintain a clean restaurant environment through general housekeeping duties. Prepare and serve food items adhering to all Brand, Company, and health department regulations while ensuring product quality and food safety standards are met. Keep accurate cash, sales, and inventory control records and follow all government laws and safety codes. Complete reports on incidents following the 5-minute rule policy. This role requires excellent communication skills, a contagious positive attitude, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
