- Budget management for department or location
- Inventory management for department or location
- Monitoring compliance and implementing corrective actions
- Oversight of training to reduce turnover and control labor costs
- Ability to develop future leaders and promote inclusion/diversity
- Strong communication with merchandising team
- Ability to analyze store financials and historical reports to improve performance
- Experience overseeing inventories and shrink management
- Food Safety certification
Desired Qualifications
- Retail leadership or supervisory experience
- Successful performance as a Peer Trainer, in-store champion, or other similar role
- Satisfactory performance and discipline record
