Establish and maintain a safe, clean environment that encourages customer return. Assist the department manager in reaching sales and profit goals while monitoring and controlling all established quality assurance standards. Direct, support, and supervise all department functions, duties, and activities. Assist with the execution of best practices, goals, and standards for the department.
