Job Summary
Ensure all deli products meet freshness and quality standards through proper rotation and dating. Execute planograms to maintain accurate product placement and signage while coordinating with leadership on ordering and replenishment. Verify deliveries for accuracy, ensuring proper receiving and storage procedures are followed. Engage guests with a friendly approach on the sales floor while adhering to all TFM policies, food safety requirements, and sanitation procedures. This role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, working long periods on your feet, and using tools such as knives and pallet jacks. Availability includes weekends, days, evenings, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in retail, grocery, restaurant, or hospitality operations
- Strong attention to detail with organizational skills, ability to multitask, and work at a fast pace
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, days, evenings, and holidays
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Retail, culinary, and/or grocery experience
- Experience with electronic shelf label systems, inventory management technology, or AI-enabled retail tools
