Job Summary
Ensure all deli products meet freshness and quality standards, including proper rotation and dating. Execute planograms to maintain accurate product placement and signage. Coordinate with department leadership on ordering and replenishment of deli items. Verify deliveries for accuracy and freshness, ensuring proper receiving and storage procedures. Follow all TFM policies, food safety requirements, and sanitation procedures while engaging guests with a friendly approach on the sales floor. This role requires willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends, days, evenings, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in retail, grocery, restaurant, or hospitality operations
- Strong attention to detail with organizational skills, ability to multitask, and work at a fast pace
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, days, evenings, and holidays
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Retail, culinary, and/or grocery experience
- Experience with electronic shelf label systems, inventory management technology, or AI-enabled retail tools
