Job Summary
Ensure all deli products meet freshness and quality standards through proper rotation, dating, and accurate merchandising per planograms. Coordinate ordering and replenishment while verifying deliveries for accuracy and adherence to receiving and storage procedures. Maintain strict compliance with food safety policies, sanitation procedures, and promotional event readiness. Engage guests with a friendly approach on the sales floor. This role requires a flexible schedule including weekends, days, evenings, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in retail, grocery, restaurant, or hospitality operations
- Strong attention to detail with organizational skills, ability to multitask, and work at a fast pace
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, days, evenings, and holidays
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Retail, culinary, and/or grocery experience
- Experience with electronic shelf label systems, inventory management technology, or AI-enabled retail tools
