Job Summary
Ensure all deli products meet freshness and quality standards, including proper rotation and dating. Execute planograms to maintain accurate product placement and signage. Coordinate with department leadership on ordering and replenishment while verifying deliveries for accuracy and freshness. Follow all food safety requirements, sanitation procedures, and TFM policies. Engage guests with a friendly, helpful approach on the sales floor. This role requires working a flexible schedule including weekends, days, evenings, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in retail, grocery, restaurant, or hospitality operations
- Strong attention to detail with organizational skills, ability to multitask, and work at a fast pace
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, days, evenings, and holidays
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Retail, culinary, and/or grocery experience
- Experience with electronic shelf label systems, inventory management technology, or AI-enabled retail tools
