Job Summary
Ensure all deli products meet freshness and quality standards through proper rotation, dating, and accurate receiving of verified deliveries. Execute planograms to maintain precise product placement and signage while coordinating with leadership on ordering and replenishment. Follow all TFM policies, food safety requirements, and sanitation procedures while engaging guests with a friendly approach on the sales floor. This role requires working flexible shifts including weekends, days, evenings, and holidays, with physical demands involving lifting up to 50 pounds and extended periods on your feet.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in retail, grocery, restaurant, or hospitality operations
- Strong attention to detail with organizational skills, ability to multitask, and work at a fast pace
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, days, evenings, and holidays
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Retail, culinary, and/or grocery experience
- Experience with electronic shelf label systems, inventory management technology, or AI-enabled retail tools
