Job Summary
Prepare food, operate equipment, and ensure accurate stock levels while complying with health code regulations and safe food handling standards. Process customer transactions, participate in suggestive selling, and resolve complaints to maintain a pleasant shopping experience. Record waste, safeguard cash, complete shift reports, and follow cash control procedures. Communicate with management regarding food service issues and solicit customer feedback. Maintain product integrity, follow franchise standards for pricing and recipes, and perform physical tasks including sweeping, mopping, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment, tolerating exposure to fumes and cold temperatures.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- Valid Driver's License and/or consistent transportation to work
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a retail setting
- Able to carry, push/pull, reach and lift up to 50 pounds alone
- Prolonged walking or standing for up to 8-10 continuous hours
- Able to work alone and/or with others
- Able to work evenings, weekends and holidays
- Able to enter and work in freezer and coolers at temperature of 10 degrees up to 30 minutes at a time
- Able to tolerate exposure to gasoline fumes and cleaning products
- Able to read, write, hear, clearly speak and understand the English language
- Able to perform basic math calculations
- Good accuracy and attention to detail
- Able to multi-task

- Friendly and outgoing; willing to help customers and resolve complaints

Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail environment preferred
