Job Summary
Supervise team members in the hot deli area while ensuring food freshness, cleanliness, and adequate stock levels. Maintain equipment according to food safety standards and provide excellent guest service. Assist the Deli Manager in managing daily operations and interact with customers, vendors, and corporate representatives. Work a flexible schedule covering nights, days, weekends, and holidays. This role supports Pilot Company's network of travel centers and fueling locations across North America.
Required Qualifications
