Rotate product, handle spoiled items per company standards, and operate slicing equipment for meats and cheeses. Prepare ready-to-eat foods, platters, and trays while adhering to safety policies and recipes. Operate cash registers, follow money handling procedures, and ensure proper tobacco and alcohol sales compliance. Maintain general sanitation, follow cleaning schedules, and dispose of trash properly. Assist with inventory control, receiving deliveries, and storing items using power or hand jacks. Cooperate with co-workers and superiors to ensure smooth department function.
