Operate slicing equipment, cash registers, and delivery jacks as needed while adhering to recipes, sanitation schedules, and OSHA requirements. Manage inventory through time-temperature practices and assist with receiving, unloading, and storing deliveries. Ensure smooth department function by cooperating with co-workers and superiors while utilizing provided personal protective equipment.
