Maintain well-organized and orderly deli area; monitor hot deli case and keep stocked with fresh items; prepare food to company standards by following process cards; clean and organize dishes and utensils; work with a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends, and holidays; lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods; join a team-focused, guest-oriented environment at Pilot Company with opportunities to train for other roles within the travel centers and restaurants.
